The start
2022 Jeremy BOBON & Benjamin CARRASCO, Two BIO UV Group service engineers, dedicated to BIO SEA service division, for the ballast water treatment systems, are waiting their flight for Paris CDG Airport.
Starting a discussion before boarding. They agree that they have a very interesting task, making final users satisfied with their BIO SEA systems, is an existing challenge.
BIO SEA is challenger in this market, created in 2015, the brand landed recently in the shipping market and management has ambition, so yes challenging and existing.
The moment was suitable moments for reviewing the past.
All those travels carried out all around the worlds, those systems commissioned, troubleshooted, maintained, those contacts with the crews, the superintends, class surveyors, peoples from the yards, even the ship owners, representing BIO SEA and France the best they can, and with proud.
They are wondering, after all those success, what’s next level ?
What two service engineers can expect after this.
BIO UV Group management seems to have no plan from now, focus on the market and other global challenges.

Finally, the kind of questions that every entrepreneur face
”And what if… we rule, we choose our missions ? our clients ? Our own service company ? The idea was born.
Once in CDG airport, and like bananas, they split to their own respective missions in different project.
Once back, they started to contact French administration, and developed their business plan, dedicating their free time to their project.
The road trip.
Later on, travelling together in a van, direction Valencia spain, they carried out a brain storming to find the name of their future company.
After few funny ideas they finally found ASSOCIATED TECHNICIANS MARINE S… They were hesitating on the S attribution between SERVICE, SOLUTION, SUPPORT. The head or tails judgment determinate that will be SUPPORT.
ATMS BWMS Sampling and analysis method V1.01 march 2024
After several weeks business plan was ready and approved by an independent accounting firm and lawyer.
During those time they figured out also about their current employer, and how to transform their project as a win win solution.
And the result…
BIO UV management encouraged their project, and the group became their first client.
In January 2023 ATMS was recorded administration, and Jeremy and Benjamin started their adventure.
ATMS, two service engineers, an association, one company one goal support the shipping industry
Like human body and like every system that humanity created since its beginning, a ship is a batch of networks. And in those networks the one used to manage the fluid interest us.
Water, fuel, oil, air… fluids are circulating in the ship innards via those networks.
Those fluids required machines and systems to create, clean, and treat them, making them compliant with industry standards and internationals regulations.
With experience in ballast, drinking, technical and waste water we founded this company in order to offer to shipping industry our support to face the challenges of the 21st century.
Our strengths… Flexibility, optimism and all that industrial group or ship owners, can expect from two marine service engineers that completed hundreds of projects all around the world.
“Installing, maintaining, making those systems work, is what we are made for.”
“Training the users, to optimize the process is important.”
